PSI
Our centre provides a variety of licensure and certification exams via PSI, specialising in regulated industries such as Real Estate & Property Management, Insurance & Finance, and Construction & Trades. All PSI exams are on-demand and should be booked via the vendor’s website. Exams for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) are booked via PSI.
ACCA
Advance your accounting career with ACCA qualifications, ranging from Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills to Strategic Professional levels.
- Computer-Based Exams (CBE): Available on-demand (e.g., BT, MA, FA, LW) and can be booked directly through Brighter.
- Session-Based Exams: Higher-level papers (e.g., PM, TX, FR, AA, FM) are held quarterly in March, June, September, and December.
CISI
Through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), we provide qualifications for every stage of a financial career, from Foundation levels to Chartered Wealth Manager status. Specialised tracks include Capital Markets, Investment Operations (IOC), and Risk & Compliance. These exams are available on-demand and are booked directly through the vendor.
Other Providers
We are currently working on bringing other exam providers online; however, these processes take time to complete. Currently, only ACCA On-Demand exams are booked directly via us. All other exam providers require you to book with them. Once we can run exams for new providers, they will open dates on their booking platforms. In the meantime, check our social media accounts, where we will announce new providers.

How to Book
Booking your exam depends on the specific provider. Follow these steps to secure your seat:
Book Directly with Brighter
For ACCA's on-demand Computer-Based Exams (CBE), including the Foundations Level, Applied Knowledge and Corporate Law, you can book your on-demand session directly through our local centre.

Brighter is the Isle of Man’s local Computer-Based Exam (CBE) and professional exam centre, providing a modern, supportive environment for a range of global qualification providers.
Booking depends on the provider. ACCA on-demand Computer-Based Exams (CBE) can be booked directly with Brighter. For other session exams, booking is completed via the vendor website—then you select our centre during the booking process.
On-demand exams can be scheduled for an available time slot (subject to availability) rather than being limited to a fixed exam window. Most CBE exams are on-demand and booked through the relevant route for that provider. However ACCA On-Demand CBE's can be booked via Brighter, click here.
Using a local centre helps you avoid the time and expense of travel while still accessing a wide range of global exam vendors in a professional environment.
Bring the identification required by your exam provider and your booking confirmation. ID requirements can vary by vendor and exam, so please check the vendor’s instructions before you attend.
Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and identity verification. Your vendor booking confirmation will normally indicate the recommended arrival time.
Rescheduling and cancellation rules are set by the exam provider. If you booked via a vendor, you’ll manage changes through that vendor account. If you booked an ACCA CBE directly with Brighter, contact us for help with your options.
If you require accommodations, check your provider’s process for requesting them and let us know in advance where relevant so we can support the approved arrangements on exam day.

No, Brighter is purely an exam centre; we do not offer any teaching in-person or online.

Our prices are a bundled price covering the exam cost, booking and admin fees, as well as facility and invigilator costs. As a VAT-registered business, we are legally required to charge VAT on this service.
